Collaboration is my strength

Whether in a team, one-on-one, or in conflict — I help create understanding and bring collaboration to life.

Facilitation

Shaping Collaboration

I guide teams as they develop ideas, design shared visions of the future, and find solutions that hold. My participatory, co-creative methods generate energy that carries everyone along and leads to real results.

Coaching

Connecting People

In coaching, I work one-on-one to help people unfold their impact in relationships and teams. It's not just about clarity for yourself, but about the ability to work effectively with others while expanding your own room to manoeuvre.

Mediation

Resolving Conflicts

For me, mediation means working through conflicts together. I create a space where every perspective has room, and where co-creation becomes possible even where mistrust or blockages have taken hold. The goal: understanding that lasts.

Who I work with

I work with people. Their hearts beat for business, science, or civil society. They work for all kinds of organisations. What matters most to me is collaboration itself: interdisciplinary, inter-organisational, intercultural. Wherever differences meet, the chance for something new arises.

The dolaborate principles

01

From Co-Creation to Co-Action

I believe in the power of shared ideas. Results emerge through participation, not directives. That's why I design situations in which people understand their challenges together, clarify them together, and then move into action together.

02

Conflict is the Key to Clarity

Where things grate, what matters becomes visible. Conflict opens the space for genuine understanding. I help people recognise their own part in it, tolerate differences, and translate them into shared insight.

03

Collaboration is Always Personal

Good solutions emerge when people open up emotionally, recognise one another, and are willing to try something new. I work to make that kind of connection possible.

04

Method Follows Impact

I draw on a wide range of creative and collaborative methods. But that never distracts me from the goal. A method is chosen deliberately — and can be set aside just as deliberately.

05

I Learn Alongside You

I bring structure and experience — but I'm never finished. I remain a learner in every process. This attitude shapes all of my work.

Game of Conflicts playing cards

Game of Conflicts

Game of Conflicts opens a surprisingly playful path into the contradictions and tensions that arise in every creative process. This analogue card game combines elements of TRIZ with the intuitive openness of Design Thinking, making tangible how productive (technical) conflict can be for innovation. It invites teams to experiment with new perspectives and turn opposites into fresh ideas.
